We worked with the Founders and leadership team recently to provide expert advice on how to progress a couple of specific sales opportunities through the funnel. We gained a solid understanding of the issues facing the team during a briefing & discovery session and then worked through these sales opportunities, diving into the details of the customer needs, budgets, sales strategies and tactics.

​

In a short space of time, we were able to offer some pointers on how to progress these deals, a couple of frameworks to aid in deal qualification and some advice on future sales strategies, all with the objectives of reducing the costs of sales and increasing win rates.
